The SAM II Financial System is routinely available from 6:15 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. Exceptions to the routine include down times for fiscal year end processing. SAM II Financial is unavailable for approximately one week at the beginning of July for fiscal year end processing. Specific dates of downtime for FYE processing are included in the Fiscal Year End Accounting Procedures distributed annually to agencies by the Division of Accounting.
The SAM II Financial Data Warehouse system is routinely available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. The Financial Data Warehouse is available to users during month end and FYE processing even though the SAM II Financial production system is unavailable.
The SAM II Financial Technical Helpdesk is routinely available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
